Women are crying in Palestine

Can you feel them?

Can you even hear?

 

Youth everyday

Are facing death everywhere

Defending a great case

With pride on their face

So what about you my friend

Would you like to live and die?

With not even one stand

In your entire life.

Rules Based Rules Free Theory...

This Rules Based Rules Free theory is about running a system with your rules but without making people who apply the rules think they do so, cause as a nature in human beings they oppose  they want always to be free no constrains to define how to act live their every day life, so this theory will combine and satisfy the needs of both the leader/boss who runs a system and the people who he lead them.

  

Let me give you an example to demonstrate the theory a practical one, if you want to tell your employees not to throw rubbish on the floor you can do that by actually telling/lecturing them to do so and tell them the benefits of such action to themselves and to the environment and to the place they are working on too.

But, our theory approach will tell you to put baskets every half meter so your employees will have no option except to throw the rubbish on the basket.

Conclusion:

Try to help people in doing what you want by using the RBRF theory in your life a little bit and you will get what you want without even asking for it.
